- All products listed are genuine and sourced from verified suppliers and artisans.
- Prices are shown in AED and may vary based on availability or supplier costs.
- Orders are confirmed only after our team verifies product availability.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Customized or personalized items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable unless received damaged.
- All images shown on the website are for reference — slight variations in color or design may occur as many products are handcrafted.
- SKanDDa reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
- All activities and transactions fall under the jurisdiction of UAE laws.
2️⃣ Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. We collect only basic details required to process your order — such as your name, address, contact number, and delivery preferences.
- We do not store any sensitive information such as payment details, as we currently operate only through Cash on Delivery (COD).
- The information you share is used solely for order confirmation, delivery, and customer communication.
- We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with any third party.
- You may request correction or deletion of your personal details at any time by contacting us at info@skandda.com.
3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days for ready products and up to 10 days for customized or made-to-order items.
- Delivery is handled by SKanDDA’s in-house team or trusted local courier partners.
- Delivery charges (if applicable) will be confirmed before order dispatch.
- We currently offer delivery within the UAE only.
- Delays caused by courier, weather, or public holidays will be communicated to customers promptly.
4️⃣ Return & Replacement Policy
- Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds do not apply.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- After verification, a replacement or store-credit may be issued.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
- No return or replacement is possible for: customized or personalized items, or items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
